What Rosie's plans include
According to Rosie's pricing page, every plan includes 24/7 answering, call summaries, transcripts and recordings, email and text notifications, English and Spanish, iOS and Android apps, Zapier, and a choice of voices. Scale adds booking on your calendar plus warm and live transfers. Growth adds waterfall transfers, custom training from your own documents, and priority support.
When Rosie is the better pick
If you're comfortable setting up an app yourself, your call volume fits inside a minute allowance, and you want to spend $49 to $299 a month, Rosie's published plans are a lot cheaper to start than ours.
When First Deploy is the better pick
If you don't want to write the script, test it against hard callers, and keep adjusting it yourself, that's the work our $500 setup pays for. After go-live, $100/mo covers tuning, and you call the person who built it when something needs to change. The bill doesn't move with minutes.
