Privacy

First Deploy is a product of AgentHive Inc in Palm Coast, Florida. This page covers firstdeploy.ai. We do not publish a street address.

What we collect

If you call, we get the number you dial from. If you book the free 30, Calendly collects the name, email, and time you submit there. If you pay, Stripe collects what it needs to run the charge. If you buy First Workflow, the intake form asks for your business name, website, the workflow you picked, the tools you use, your Zapier or Make account email, and any notes. Netlify Forms stores that submission so we can build the workflow. Leak-check pages (missed calls, dead quotes, no-shows) and firstdeploy-pay are separate sites with their own forms.

How it is used

We use that information to answer you, book time, invoice, and do the work you hired. We do not sell it. We do not run a marketing list from this page.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may record operational request logs and, when enabled, Real User Monitoring (page performance). That is for keeping the site up, not for building an ad profile. Page views and button clicks are counted in PostHog so we can see which offers get used. That count is not an ad profile.

Third parties you may hit from this site

Links and embeds can send you to Calendly, Stripe, Google Fonts, Flick, firstdeploy-pay, and other AgentHive properties. Those services have their own policies. Some production deploys also inject a HiveAds unit and a shop footer script. Those are not required to read this site.

Cookies

This site’s own pages do not set a first-party advertising cookie. PostHog may store a browser identifier so a page view and a button click can be counted together. We do not show a cookie banner for an ad profile. Third-party embeds (Calendly, payment hosts, any injected ad unit) may set their own cookies when you use them.
