Terms
These terms cover work sold from firstdeploy.ai by AgentHive Inc (Palm Coast, Florida). A signed scope or Stripe checkout wins if it conflicts with this page.
First Deploy (the product)
Founding offer: $250 one-time setup, no deposit, paid at checkout together with the first month. The agreed workflow goes live on the date set in the written plan. Projects scoped at 90 days are billed half upfront and half at completion. Then $100 per month per company to keep the desk and the apps on, billed monthly. Turn the month off and the line goes dark.
Consult time
The door is a free 30-minute qualifier. Paid time is $75 / 30 minutes, $150 / hour, or a 10-hour pack at $1,250 with $625 due up front. The free 30 is to see if there is paid work. It is not a deliverable sprint.
What you get
Fixed-price product work is the workflow we write down. Consult time is the operator in the room for the hours you buy. We do not guarantee a third-party platform result, a search ranking, or a revenue number.
Payments
Card charges run through Stripe. Pack deposits are applied to the 10 hours. Unused hours do not automatically roll unless we write that down.
