What do missed buyer calls cost your team?

When a qualified buyer calls and nobody picks up, that deal can go to whoever answers next. Pick the closest fit, enter your own numbers, and see what's at stake each week, month and year.

It runs in your browser, uses only what you type, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere. There are no built-in averages: every box starts empty.

Fill in the four boxes above to see your numbers.

The math, in plain words: missed calls per week × the qualified share × your close rate = lost deals per week. Lost deals × deal value × the lifetime multiplier = revenue at stake per week. Per month is the weekly figure × 52 ÷ 12. Per year is the weekly figure × 52. That's about – lost deals a month.

Break-even: the First Deploy front desk at $100/mo pays for itself if it recovers at least – a month (100 ÷ your deal value, rounded up). The $250 one-time founding setup is covered by – (250 ÷ your deal value, rounded up).

The result is an estimate built from your own inputs, so treat it as a range. If you're unsure of a number, try a low and a high figure and compare.

Never miss a buyer again

First Deploy builds and runs a front desk that answers in your company's name and voice and sends the details to the right person right away. Founding offer: $250 one-time setup for the first 5 businesses, then $100/mo. After those 5, it goes back to the standard $500 setup, then $100/mo.

Questions

Where do the numbers come from?

From you. Every box starts empty, and the presets only change the labels to fit your business. There are no industry averages or benchmarks built in.

How do we count missed calls?

Pull a normal week from your phone system or call-tracking report and count inbound calls to your main and sales lines that rang out or went to voicemail.

What if some callers call back or book online?

Then they aren't lost. Lower the qualified share to count only the callers who never reached anyone, or subtract the ones you know came back.

What is the lifetime multiplier?

It lets you count more than the first deal. If a typical new account is worth about three first-year deals over its life, enter 3. Leave it at 1 to count only the first deal.

How does this compare with what First Deploy costs?

Founding offer: $250 one-time setup for the first 5 businesses, then $100/mo. After those 5, it goes back to the standard $500 setup, then $100/mo. Checkout covers the setup and your first month. The break-even line under the result shows how many recovered deals a month would cover the $100.
